We recommend getting your oil changed every 5,000 miles or every six months, whichever comes first. This can help keep your engine running smoothly and prevent damage.
Yes, we offer a warranty on all of our repairs. Parts provided by ERP Automotive have a 12-month or 12,000-mile (whichever comes first) warranty as well as labor. Excludes oil change services.
Yes, you can wait while we work on your vehicle. Customer must be present when the mechanic arrives to set location.
Disclaimers
- Currently, we are only a Mobile Mechanic Business.
- A $50 non-refundable Mobile fee will be applied to ALL services. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- A free vehicle inspection is included with all services.
- The mobile fee will be automatically applied to your service fee.
- Parts are NOT included in the service fee.
- If parts provided by the customer are faulty, ERP Automotive does not cover the warranty.
- Upon arrival, the mechanic will provide a waiver for the customer to sign. In the event of the customer's refusal to sign the waiver, the service will be canceled.
- Every vehicle that needs service needs an individual appointment for said specific vehicle.
- If the customer is not present when the mechanic arrives, service will not be completed.
- A vehicle is deemed unworkable if it has too much rust, has major frame/body damage, or if the vehicle is taken apart prior to the service.
